This is my last blog post ever. I am so excited to move on with my life and never have to return to Blogger again. Unless of course Tara continues to update her blog, in which case I will read hers. I have absolutely no desire to post any more blogs. I have a Facebook. Nobody uses Blogger for practical uses.
Apparently I'm going to miss school and cry at commencement. Will I miss school? At times. Will I cry? Definitely not. Yeah, I'm going to cry at the thought of getting away from everyone I hate and teachers that I can't stand to listen to for another day.
I'm going to cry at the thought of never having to pay another tobacco fine and having my car searched by a man with a comb-over.
I'm going to cry at the thought of never having to play tennis in gym again.
I'm going to cry at the thought of never having to be at school at 8 am sharp
I'm going to cry at the thought of never having to get my pass signed to leave the room
I'm going to cry at the thought of being punished for ridiculous things and circumstances
I'm going to cry at the thought of never being able to sit in Journalism and listen to everyone talk about their lives THAT I DO NOT CARE ABOUT.
DONE DONE DONE.

Letter to grammar
Here are some fun tips for revising & editing your work
mark writing that sounds awkward or could be improvised
be sure all paragraphs are indented and focus on a single subject
be sure you did not switch tenses as you wrote
check your punctuation
be sure there are quotation marks around spoken words
check the spelling of unknown words
be sure you capitalized correctly
check the beginning to be sure it hooks readers
make any dull parts more exciting
be sure your writing does not include dull or overused words
check that your vocabulary is appropriate for your audience
be sure you include enough facts or details to support statements
be sure all facts are presented in a logical order
be sure that your closing paragraph sums up effectively
Why did I spend two minutes (give or take) of my life typing this list? Because I care deeply about today's youth being taught proper grammar. Even if I don't practice it myself, it's still the most important thing anyone will ever learn in school, besides Hamlet.
Don't learn Trig.

Letter to insects
There are few things I hate (surprisingly) more than insects. I do hate a lot of things and a lot of people, according to Dr. Tara. This is probably true. Anything that frustrates me I give up on. Failure turns to hate.
Insects annoy me. I want to kill all of them. It would screw up our ecosystem and whatnot...but I don't care. I only care about not being stung by anymore bees or bitten by anymore mosquitos.
Are bees insects? I don't know. I barely made it through Bio.
My goal: Pass Trig so I can graduate. At this point it looks doubtful. ew
My second goal: Don't get stung by any bees this summer. Also doubtful.

Letter to everyone around me
I would really appreciate some silence. I would love to have an hour of silence in school. I especially wish it would happen right now. I am okay with sitting here posting blogs and pretending I'm not a part of this class. I hate to listen to people talk for ever and ever and ever...it just drags on. No, how about some quiet time? It's sad, the only time I will have the opportunity to enjoy silence ALL DAY today will be during English, when I begin my three day Hamlet test. If I can sit there and write essays the whole period in silence, that's better than listening to a teacher drone on and on for fifty minutes. I wish I could just come to school for seventh period and then leave.
WHAT IS A CLASS HISTORIAN? Yeah, let's appoint somebody...with how many days of school left? Too bad our class sucks and hasn't accomplished anything significant. I don't want to keep in touch with anyone in our senior class except my friends.

Letter to family reunions
I haven't spoken to any members of my family, apart from two uncles and my parents for...months? years? I don't know. Both sides of my family are terrible people. They're alcoholics, compulsive liars, and people who claim to be the most religious members of society that actually do everything opposite of good, christian views. There is no amount of money in the world that could convince me to go to one of my family reunions. Well, actually, I probably would for tons of money, but you get the general idea. I am not a family person. My friends are the closest thing to family.
I googled "family reunion" and this picture came up. It's always nice to have visuals, no matter how irrelevant.

Letter to Evans Blue
I decided that my current favorite band (aside from my all time favorites, System of a Down and U2) is Evans Blue. Sometimes I feel like I should switch things up and write a positive blog.
Lately I have been listening to every genre EXCEPT country. I seriously cannot stand country music. I don't CARE about how many tractors, trucks, and how much american pride you have. Nor do I care about mudding, horses, or being a hick. Oops, negativity. My bad.
Since Tara and I have, for the most part, opposite tastes in music, I'll make a list of my recently downloaded songs and watch her post a blog with hers. She does as I say, when I say.
From my Itunes library, my recently added list: (songs I highly recommend to the general public):
1. Letter From A Thief -Chevelle
2. The Fad -Chevelle
3. A Little Bit Cooler -The Cool Kids
4. My Sacrifice -Creed
5. Higher -Creed
6. Diamond Eyes -Deftones
7. All I Do is Win -DJ Khaled
8. Bulletproof -Evans Blue
9. Sick of it -Evans Blue
10. I Go Blind -Hootie and the Blowfish
11. Closer -Lacuna Coil
12. I Won't Tell You -Lacuna Coil
13. Enjoy the Silence Cover -Lacuna Coil
14. Lemonade -Gucci Mane
15. In My Room -ICP
16. LaLaLa -Jay-Z
17. Scream With Me -Mudvayne
18. Darker Side of Me -The Veer Union
19. In A Gadda Da Vida Cover -Slayer
20. Send the Pain Below -Chevelle
Fun fact: I am constantly downloading music, and I enjoy every cover I have ever heard of Enjoy the Silence...from It Dies Today to Lacuna Coil...I even like the original. Good song.

Letter to graduation
I think you should be postponed...a little. I still have so many things to do. And I am definitely not picturing myself at college anytime soon.
Of course, graduation = no school = no Trig = no failure = freedom = success
I could always drop out. That would be pretty easy. Then, someday I would regret it.
I'm torn. Go to college, or continue my current lifestyle? Obviously the first would be more beneficial in the long run. But I'm not ready to go to college, I would just screw it up. I'm not mature enough for college.
I need a year or five to think about this

Letter to Nerf

I have always enjoyed dart guns. I wish there was a dart gun with darts that returned the the gun after you shot them at someone. It's always frustrating when you get a got shot at someone, and they pick up the dart and walk away. Well, thanks, now I have nothing to do with an empty dart gun.
Better yet: a Nerf gun that contained darts with mini water balloons. It would be the ultimate combination of irritating toys. Maybe some day when I have a lot of time on my hands I'll invent something super cool.
Now what am I going to do after high school?
RIP Phineas
One of our ducks died two days ago. It was pretty depressing. I like most animals better than I like people. Animals can't talk and don't cause me frustration. And they don't try to make me learn Trig, either.
I think Trig is a form of bad karma that I'm receiving for some horrible thing or another I did. I hate putting dots on a graph and drawing lines. It kills me. I prefer connect the dots.
So Phineas was returned to the river where he belonged and Ferb is left alone. We should have made a documentary about the ducks and submitted it to Animal Planet, it was that intense.
So my days have been consumed with 3 things: Trig, ducks, and work. AND HAMLET.

I have so much stuff to do...I don't even know where to start. I need to go to school, too.
I need to stop putting things off and avoiding things. It's getting horrible.

Letter to frustration
Lately, I've been making lists of all the things that are currently frustrating me when I have a bad day. Since I can't really express a lot of my frustrations to my friends, it feels good to get them out of my head and onto paper. Usually I don't like to write for fun. Ms. Freed makes me write, and that's awesome of her. It's really relaxing to have a class that doesn't involve intelligence or critical thinking. Anyway, trying to meet my blog quota.
A few things that have frustrated me thus far today:
1. The fact that I never have money anymore
2. The broken CD changer in my car, that Lake cannot fix.
3. Having to be in detention for 40 minutes of my day off work
4. Not comprehending Trig
5. The way teachers in our school gossip about students (mature, right?)
6. Pottery in art
7. Getting 4.5 hours of sleep last night and coming to school on time
8. Procrastinating on college
9. Spending the last half of my day at school being furious at everyone and everything
10. A letter from Brian involving bad news
11. My parents being MIA
12. RAIN
13. Losing my 3 page list of frustrations and having to improvise

Letter to mommy
I couldn't do the whole breakfast in bed thing for my mom. I can't take her out for lunch. I can't even spend the day with her. The best I could do is buy her a cd and flowers for her to discover when she comes home. I'm sure she will appreciate my efforts. My mom and I are completely different people. She's naive, open-minded, and optimistic. I don't know much about her, and she doesn't know anything about me. It keeps our relationship on track. If she knew what I was really doing and where I really was most of the time, it would break her heart. Unlike my dad, she would never disown me. She's not one of the most intelligent people in the world, but she has the ability to forgive and forget. That's kind of frustrating at times too, because of the horrible emotional things my dad puts her through. I've been trying to be closer to her, but I rarely see her, so it's hard.
My first Sunday off work in almost a year. I don't even know what to do with all of this free time. Well, I spent an hour or so of it at work this afternoon, because there was a line at the door of people waiting for a table and my co-workers are incompetent.
Not looking forward to detention tomorrow. I guess it's kind of a good thing, because that means I have to go to school. Maybe I should get detention more often, so I have something to motivate me.

Letter to poetry
I'm being forced to write poetry for my seventh period class. If I would have known that a writing class involved poetry, I probably would have dropped it. Well, maybe not because I love the teacher. Still, I hate hate hate hate hate hate poetry. I can't stand writing it, I don't like reading it, and I especially don't like being graded on it. A lot of people sometimes sit down and write poems, just for fun. I could think of a million better things to do, honestly. I suppose a lot of people enjoy poetry. I am not one of them. I don't like putting words together in certain orders. I like my words to be arranged however I want them to be arranged, not according to a specific type of poetry. I can't even think of any poets that I like, except Dr. Seuss. I could never make myself read or write poetry. I think I'll just skip all of these assignments and move on.

Letter to fishes
If I could be annnnnnyyy animal, I would be a shark, and I would live here.

I would swim around all day and kill things. I would have a tv series based on my kind, Shark Week. I would be the star of tons of movies and stories. I could bite someone's leg off, and swim away into the oceans depths before anyone or thing could catch me. It would be the victim's fault for swimming in my habitat. I would be feared by alllll of the fishes and half of mankind. Yeah, I think I'd take being a shark over being a human.

Letter to my weekend part IV
This past weekend, including Monday, I did absolutely nothing exciting. Even though I had a three and a half day weekend, I worked literally the majority of it and I spent my free time at Fred's and laying on my bedroom floor for hours watching Cops and Intervention. I managed to waste over a half tank of gas driving through the middle of nowhere and back. I also made an appearance at Scrubfest on break Friday night to get lemonade. Oh, and I won $2 on a lottery ticket. I spent more time by myself than I normally would, which I usually don't enjoy. I wish I had more excitement to write about, but blogging about nothing is really getting old.
Letter to my job
Friday night, after a horrible night at work, I composed a list of things that really irritate me about my job.
1. Special, time consuming orders with ridiculous complications
2. Taco salads
3. When customers demand boxes and bags for to-go orders with like, one item
4. Mary
5. Impatient waitresses
6. Obnoxious, arrogant customers
7. When my dad works my shift
8. Cleaning
9. Liver
10. Salads
11. Kelly
12. When my dad parks his dumptruck and/or other random construction vehicles in my parking spot
13. My pay
14. Carol's lipstick
15. The God Squad
16. JIMMER
17. When I have to come out of the break room to do a slip
18. The 100 degree summers
19. Late night jerks
20. When my co-workers disappear and I have to do everything
21. Working every day of the weekend
22. Having authority over my friends and having to yell at them when they don't do their job
23. Getting burnt on a daily basis
24. Having to please people
25. Following orders

Letter to ducklings
Kelly and I purchashed two ducklings Wednesday night. A very wise investment of $2. A certain journalist questioned my ability to raise ducks. I am very capable of taking care of two ducks. All they do is swim in their water dish and chirp obnoxiously. I do let them swim in the bath tub daily, and when they're bigger, I'll let them swim in the pond in my back yard. My creepy vampire cat likes to sit in front of the tank and stare at them menacingly while his tail flys back and forth. When they grow too big for their aquarium, I will see to it that they have a proper home, either with Kristin or Jorge, who also have ducks. I probably care more about animals half the time than people, so this is a great life lesson and responsibility for me. Plus, ducklings are so cute.
I don't have any pictures of my ducks yet, but these are exactly what they look like.

Letter to July pt. II
I now have two things to waste my days looking forward to...
Still not a huge fan of the beach, but Fred has never been to a beach. Soooo this July for her birthday, Harrison, Elise, Kelly and I are taking her to Dewey Beach for a few days. Fred is different from anyone I have ever met. She's so full of life and energy. The simplist things (i.e. gum balls and anything green) make her happy. She's completely content with her life and where she is. I don't think I've ever met anyone that can be satisfied without money and material things. I can only imagine how she's going to react to experiencing something for the first time that almost everyone else has many times. She has next to nothing to her name, but what she does have, she's always willing to offer to her friends. She's the one person I can count on for anything. Sometimes I take having a real friend for granted (Tara, too, for that matter). I want to learn to appreciate things in the same way that Fred does. I want to shrug off my problems and worries. I want to be happy about everything. Well, maybe not about everything. I admire her.

Letter to yesterday
Yesterday made the top 20 list of suckiest days of my life so far.
School sucked. I got absolutely nothing accomplished, I should have just stayed home. On the way to work, I got pulled over. When I finally got to work, I noticed that the parking lot was FULL. Great way to start my shift. We were so busy for five hours straight, and of course we were shorthanded. I can't remember the last time I was so frustrated. Then I broke something that means a lot to me. Then I went to Burger King to get coffee drinks for everyone at work, and spilled one all through my car. When I got out of my car, I dropped another one on the ground. When I got home, I noticed that Benny chewed up my shoelaces and bit a hunk out of my favorite chucks.
Today I decided to hibernate. I don't want human contact until I HAVE to go to work at 3.

Letter to my weekend part III
JORGE
Jorge being creepy
Harrison eating like a gillion marshmallows
Actually, I think this picture was at Malta Park
Harrison & Tara's Christmas card poseThe venue of our Friday night festivites was changed to my dad's campground. Surprisingly, he handed me the keys and told me to invite whoever I wanted (except Andrew and Elise). So I spent the night in the wilderness with six of my favorite people: Jorge, Fred, Harrison, Tara, Kelly (not really one of my favorites...but she was there, unfortunately), and Elise who I have recently befriended...again, despite daddy's orders. I can't hold grudges, I suck. Billy was busy watching his kids. Ew.
I know a lot of people now that I didn't know even existed a year ago. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing.

Letter to Tara Lynn
WE WILL MAKE IT TO PHILIDELPHIA IN TIME!
I did not appreciate your recent post about your doubt in us. You need to have a little more faith. I know that you don't understand things unless they are in form of a song, so I decided to act like Val and compose you a masterpiece!
When the road gets dar
And you can no longer see
Let my U2 love throw a spark
Have a little faith in me
And when you think we'll never make it to Philly
And all you can believe
We'll make it and you'll feel silly
Have a little faith in me
Have a little faith in me, ohhh
Have, have a little faith in me
Have a little faith in me, oh and
Have a little faith in me
When your secret heart
Cannot speak so easily
Come here Tara, from a whisper start
To have a little faith in me
And when your back's against the wall
Turn around and you, you will see
Bono up on stage singing
Just, Have a little faith in me

Letter to my neighbor
There are a few key issues I would like to discuss with you:
First of all, there is no need to bind your dog to a 200 foot leash that extends to the main road for 12 hours a day. Your dog is unattractive and annoying.
Secondly, I feel that there are too many shady people at your house. Really, one of them drives a car that's three different colors. Then they bring their whole extended family to the house for a reunion every day. And sure, let your five thousand kids roam free and walk in front of my car. It's not a big deal, toddlers don't need babysitters...by the age of five, they're fully capable of living on their own. Oh, and the rebel flag hanging by your garage door? Classy.
Lastly, could you please refrain from plowing the street with a lawn mower? Something tells me that your six foot plow was not manufactured to be (I don't have a clue HOW) attached to a John Deere.
On the rare occasions that I do decide to come home for long periods of time, I'd like to enjoy the peacefulness of an empty house. Although the screams from obnoxious children are always a pleasant surprise.
THANKS.

Letter to July 12
Come sooner.
I want to not be in school, and I want to be in Philly watching Bono. Even if for some ungodly reason I were to miss the U2 concert, I still want summer. I hate the heat, but I love having freedom. I'm sick of coming to school five days a week to complete busy work. I need two classes I have right now to graduate. The rest of my day is filled with stupid electives to fill my schedule. I should have gone to Tech with Harrison so I could do nothing all day. Doing nothing = better than doing something worthless to me. The only class I'm even benefiting from is English.
End rant.

Tara & I have decided to only listen to U2 in each other's presence to prepare for the concert. I'm going to say that July 12 will be the best day of my life thus far. I don't want to waste half of my summer waiting for it.

Letter to my Weekend pt. II
Harrison & I "night fishing"
Me & Jorge @ Fred's
Kristin trying to build a fire (Harrison ended up getting it lit)
Yay fire
Harrison as a ghost
Dan on Easter (yes, we had to work on Easter. Fun, right?)
My four and a half day weekend was (despite working 3 days of it) perfect. I don't want to graduate and have to grow up and get a real job...but I'm excited for summer. I want to have this all day, everyday. I wish I never had to grow up and could live like this forever. I hate change.
One moment in particular that stuck out:
Sunday night Kristin, Harrison and Kelly had this GREAT idea to go night fishing. As if that isn't trashy enough, we had to go at 1 am on somebody's private property in Reedsville. We didn't catch any fish and spent the majority of the time trying to build a fire with sticks and leaves. It was a nice bonding experience though.
I spent everyday of break with my best friends. There isn't a single day that I don't see them, either before, after, or during work. It will really suck to move away from them. Not looking forward to that.

Demi sleeping on the bus with his jacket over his head. I found it humorous.
Blah blah Art club field trip blah blah NYC. I've been there before, but this time I had the opportunity to enjoy it with my friends. Instead of writing paragraphs about my trip, I'll list them to save your eyes the boring details.
Things I enjoyed:
1. Times Square
2. Toys R Us in Times Square
3. The massive amounts of Legos in Toys R Us
3. The massive amounts of Legos in Toys R Us
4. Central Park
5. Not getting lost
6. People watching in Central Park
7. Not being in school
8. Having the freedom to do whatever I wanted and go wherever I wanted
9. Buying tons of stupid stuff
10. The artwork at the Met
11. Mr. Reeder's beret
12. The flashy signs and colorful displays
13. The Roccawear billboard with Jay-Z
14. Cops on horses
15. Interesting people
Things I did not enjoy:
1. Not being able to sleep until 2 am and then waking up at 4:30
2. Being on a bus and not being able to walk around for almost 5 hours
3. Traffic
4. CHINATOWN. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I WAS DISGUSTED.
5. The over-population
...Surprisingly, I can't think of anything else that I really disliked.
Overall the trip was okay. Better than any other school affiliated field trip, by far. I'm not really into the whole city thing though, so it wasn't exactly my favorite place in the world.

Letter to school
Please start at 12 pm as opposed to 8 am. I can't handle this. I get absolutely no sleep. I can't function. And the fact that I'm probably still failing Trig is even more motivation to not even bother.
Although I would probably come to school more if I had a parking pass and didn't have to rely on Kelly to come to school (which is rare).
AND IT'S TUESDAY. My day sucks already.
Yesterday was my mom's birthday, and even though I tried to spend time with her, my parents thought it would be better to leave for two days. Whatever. I tried.
So I'll be spending time with my gram, which is probably for the better.
Rant rant rant

Letter to my weekend
So for the first time in months I had a very productive weekend. Despite the fact that I spent the majority of it at work, I was impressed with how well things went for me. This doesn't happen often. And usually when a few good things happen, about fifty problems arise afterwards.
Reasons for my good weekend:
1. No school
2. No homework (not that I would have done it anyway)
3. Had the opportunity to watch a Phineas & Ferb marathon
4. Worked 11-7 Sunday, which left me time to hangout with Elise, Justin, Billy, Fred & Jorge until 11:30
5. BOUGHT U2 TICKETS

6. Unstressful nights at work (very unusual)
7. Improved my relationship with my mom (somewhat)
8. Didn't have to write on my blog
9. Made up with Harrison
10. Woke up Saturday morning (afternoon, really) to the best cereal I have ever tasted in my life.

There are a few more reasons, but I'd rather not get into them. It's Monday and I'm in a good mood. Then again, tomorrow is Tuesday. Ew.

Letter to Blogger
I am not impressed with Blogger. I think our whole class should just use Facebook. I don't know anybody who uses Blogger just for fun. Nonetheless, I will continue posting so I can pass Journalism and graduate. Although I don't really think I need it to graduate. I should check into that...
Everybody around me is excited for their weekend and happy that it's Friday. Friday is probably the second worst day of the week for me, following Tuesday. Why is Friday bad? Because everybody in Mifflin County has to make a trip to Red's Diner on a Friday night. Sure, why not, I have nothing better to do than spend 7 1/2 hours on a Friday night next to hot food and ovens when it's already hot outside. And sure, I'd love to come back in Saturday and do the same thing for another 8 hours. And even better yet, I would absolutely LOVE to come in again on Sunday and work 11-7 for the lunch and dinner rush. And I would like to do it for $7.50 an hour, because my boss doesn't appreciate anything I do. LOVE YOU DAD. My job is the only thing that makes me want to go to college. I don't want to be there the rest of my life because I really can't stand the ignorant customers. Have fun Kelly, it's all yours.
I'm in a bad mood. I'm tired. Tara, leave me tons of comments.

Letter to compulsive liars
I hate when I am lied to. I'm lied to more by adults than by my own friends. When necessary, I am exceptionally good at lying on demand or fabricating a story to account for my whereabouts. But I really can't stand it when adults lie directly to me, especially when they suck at it. Obviously I've been lied to recently by a person that I would normally trust.
I'd rather hear the truth, even if it's ten times worse than a lie. I should be used to liars though, Tara lies all of the time when she says she's a Toby Keith fan.

Letter to Whipple Dam
Every year my family and I went to Whipple Dam. Sometimes more than once. Of course that came to an end. I'm really not into nature and the outdoors, but this place is different. It's secluded and peaceful. I especially like to go on a cold day when there is absolutely nobody around. I wish I could spend every day there.

In the winter it looks so desolate and dull. Maybe that's why I like it so much. Sometimes I like to be away from people and things.
I'm going to start taking pictures and documenting everywhere I go and the things that I do.

Letter to Bill Gates
Tara and I had a discussion today with a teacher about how frustrating computers can be. Personally, I never had serious trouble with a computer (because unlike Tara, I can fix things without bashing them off the wall), but I understand the frustration. It's 2010, and there is no cure for cancer. Oh, but we do have the HP Touchsmart. That's almost as good, right?
I think a touchscreen computer would be even more frustrating. Just like touchscreen phones, eventually something will go wrong. And I wouldn't like having to jab the computer screen with my finger repeatedly.Anyway Bill, since you have too much money and haven't put it towards curing fatal diseases, how about donating it to me? I could use a new...everything.
Letter to my eyes
Something that I have always enjoyed doing (besides making lists about Toby Keith) is observation. Not important observation. Leisurely observing my surroundings. I discovered that if I watch somebody for a while, I can assess all of their flaws and good points. I enjoy watching people too. It never gets boring to me. People truly fascinate me. If there was a career that involved stereotyping, people watching, and judgment of character...for the most part, I would be very well suited for the position. I'm still trying to figure out what I would be suited for. I really need to come to a decision.
This is a picture of my eye.Letter to the Dentist
I went to the dentist today. I don't have a phobia of dentists, but today it felt awkward. The whole time I was sitting in the waiting room I was almost nervous. I like the dentist. There was no explanation as to why I felt this way.
It doesn't help that my dentist's office is in Mifflintown, and there's nothing cool to look at to distract me.
I HATE FLUORIDE. I hate the texture of it. I hate the taste. I hate the way it feels as it's lying in my mouth making my spit taste like bubblegum. Fluoride ruins the dentist experience for me. I suppose I could have titled this post "Letter to Fluoride."
It's tuesday. I still despise tuesdays. Nobody should expect anything of me on a tuesday.

Letter to Toby Keith
Toby Keith is the B E S T country singer E V E R. He's an American hero. A god of the music industry. A role model for children. A friend to deployed soldiers. What's not to love?
Tara and I decided to make seperate lists of the reasons to love Toby Keith. I know, the list could easily reach five hundred, but ten is the extent of our list.

1. The way he pulls off the cowboy hat
2. His patriotic spirit
3. His patriotic attire
4. His mullet in earlier years of his career
5. His heavenly country voice
6. His ability to write a million songs about patriotism and still manage to make them sound different
7. His support of the troops in Iraq
8. His superiority over Hank Williams
9. How his song "I Love This Bar" can be translated to "I Love This Diner" and be applied to my everyday life
10. Toby Keith in general. He is number ten on my list.
